We’re hiring Senior-Level Engineers to work alongside our experienced Project Managers and Group Leaders. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering projects from the earliest spark of an idea all the way through to final construction — including proposal development, feasibility studies, environmental clearance, preliminary and final design, bidding, and construction support.

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
· California Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain reciprocal license within 6 months.
· 10+ years of capital improvement project experience after graduation
· CA driver’s license
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Success in delivery of PS&E bid packages for capital improvement projects
· Understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination, compilation of design and construction documents, and local agency, APWA Standards (“Greenbook”), and Caltrans design standards, specifications, practices
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications and design software including Civil 3D, MicroStation or AutoCAD
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to work in a team environment
· Commitment to delivering quality work products and superior service to clients
Physical Requirements:
· Will sit, stand or walk for the entire duration of a workday
· Will use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices on a regular basis
· Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
· Work mostly indoors; occasionally work outdoors
· Usually work near others, such as in a shared office space
· Occasionally wear protective gear, such as a hard hat and safety vest
· Sometimes work in noisy or distracting work environments
· Occasionally travel to a project site by automobile and/or airplane
Occasionally work from a vehicle while at project sites
