State and Federal Funding
Dokken Engineering has completed projects that began with no available funding, and assisted in obtaining funding. We have also completed projects that started with partial funding and obtained increased funding. In some cases, Dokken has assisted in obtaining 100% funding.
Dokken knows the processes and requirements for obtaining state and federal funds. We attend funding committee meetings and remain aware of planning and funds as they become available. Dokken is well versed with the requirements of Caltrans' Local Programs Procedures (LPP) and with LPP 00-05, mandating Pre-Award audits on projects involving State and Federal-aid highway funds where the consultant contract(s) are in excess of $250,000.
