Dokken Engineering provided engineering services to D.R. Horton on the SeaBridge community park facilities in Oxnard, California. The facilities included three structures for public gatherings. The largest structure was a 32-foot diameter gazebo, roughly 12 feet in height. |
Aesthetics included rock veneer on the CMU pillars and expose glu-lam beams. Exposed bolted connections were used for function and added visual character. Dokken Engineering coordinated with the project architect to finalize all the structure detailing to fit with the overall park theme. |
