Dokken Engineering has previously completed several County of San Diego civil engineering on-call contracts. Design was completed in accordance with County standards for design and drafting, including the use of AutoCAD design software. Selected projects include: Knottwood Way Extension: Dokken provided Preliminary Engineering Report to extend existing Knottwood Way approximately 350 feet to connect from Linda Vista Drive to Gird Road in Fallbrook. The primary purpose of this improvement was to improve traffic and fire safety service between the 500-lot Sycamore Ranch development and the 9-lot Sycamore Heights development. |
Bear Valley Culvert: Dokken completed hydrological and hydraulic analysis for the 100-year storm, drainage plan, construction cost estimate, right-of-way requirements, and identified utility conflicts for the Bear Valley Culvert. Walk Alpine PER: Dokken completed a preliminary engineering report to identify the feasibility of providing bike lanes and a pathway along a 4 mile loop known as Walk Alpine. Tavern Road Culvert: Dokken completed a hydrology study and PS&E for the Tavern Road Culvert project. The project consists of replacing an existing 36-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe with a box culvert capable of conveying the flow from a 100-year storm under Tavern Road. |
