Dokken Engineering prepared the Plans, Specifications and Estimate for the Main Street Bridge across the San Jacinto River for the City of San Jacinto. The existing crossing is on the river bottom and is prone to prolonged temporary closures during the winter season. Main Street was realigned to allow for improved geometrics and maintaining traffic on the existing crossing throughout construction.

The new bridge provides all weather access between the City, the Soboba Indian Reservation and Federal lands. The final bridge design is a 1,038 feet long and 56 feet wide eight span, cast-in-place pre-stressed concrete box girder bridge. As a part of this project, Dokken Engineering also prepared the Plans, Specifications and Estimate for the relocation of approximately 3,806 feet of regional municipal water line and installation of approximately 2,067 feet of parallel City water line.
