I-15 Managed Lanes
Dokken Engineering was part of a pilot program along the I-15 Corridor to evaluate Design Sequencing as a tool for acceleration of project completion. Design Sequencing provides partially completed plans and final quantities to the contractor for bidding. As the plans are completed, they are released to the contractor for construction.
Contract Evaluation
At the conclusion of the contract, Dokken Engineering was provided a performance evaluation. Evaluated criteria were rated on a scale of 1-10 with scores of 9-10 being superior, 7-8 above requirements, and 5-6 meeting requirements. Noteworthy scores included a 10 for DBE participation, a 9 for invoice and billing practices, and a 9 for the performance of the Project Manager.
